What are my payment options when placing an order? Wine Cellar Solutions accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal and business checks by mail. However, if you choose to pay by check, please allow an additional 3 4 business days from the date of receipt of your check for your order to be processed.
What are the terms of payment?
All orders must be paid in full before merchandise is shipped. For standard merchandise and all cooling systems, full payment is required at the time of order. For custom cellars, a deposit of one-half the total price is required at the time of order with the balance due upon completion of the racks and before the order is shipped.
Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders of standard merchandise will arrive within two weeks. Custom orders will arrive in approximately six to eight weeks. If you'd like to time an event around the arrival of your new wine cellar, you'll need to plan well in advance. Of course, merchandise is sometimes subject to manufacturers backlog. If your order is for an item that is on back order or will otherwise be delayed, Wine Cellar Solutions will promptly inform you and will discuss your options with you. How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx to insure the most prompt shipping and the most consumer protection available. The means of transit will be that which is most appropriate for the size of the merchandise: small items will travel by air and large items will travel by truck. All FedEx delivery options, including Saturday delivery, are available. If your delivery address is especially remote or is inaccessible by truck, please advise at the time of order.
Return Policy
Wine Cellar Racks and Cabinets
Wine Cellar Solutions offers a lifetime warranty on any defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, provided installation is handled by a licensed and bonded contractor. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Solutons will, as its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellar Solutions, LLC with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Wine Cellar Solutions will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
Cooling and Refrigeration Systems
Wine Cellar Solutions is not responsible in any way for wine temperature control. As a service when requested, we obtain cooling and refrigeration units for our customers. However, there is no warranty on the refrigeration or cooling units from Wine Cellar Solutions, LLC and we will not be held liable.
Warranties are available and purchased through the manufacturer and the warranties vary by manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the requested warranty paperwork and to have cooling units installed by a state licensed HVAC contractor.

Is my information safe with your site if I register?
Wine Cellar Solutions, LLC insures the privacy of your personal information. Your personal information is used strictly to fulfill and distribute your order. You can be assured that your credit card number is purged as soon as your order is processed. Wine Cellar Solutions also guarantees that it will not sell or share your information with any other entity for any purpose.
