The QT System
The QT System is the single most advanced wine cellar temperature and humidity maintenance unit in the world. It minimizes noise while maximizing the unit's ability to cool. The system employs natural convection refrigeration, allowing the cabinet to cool from the rear forward resulting in higher efficiency. Temperature consistency is assured by the temperature equalizer feature. |
The WhisperKOOL® System
The WhisperKOOL System is the economical option in meeting the cabinet's cooling needs. It utilizes the industry-standard forced air-cooling system. The WhisperKOOL system comes in two different sizes: a standard 1200 BTU model and a 2300 BTU model for extra cooling in demanding environments.

Dual Zone Cooling System
Our dual zone cooling option provides two independently cooled and temperature controlled wine storage areas in one cabinet. Outfitted either with QT or WhisperKOOL cooling systems, dual zone cooling establishes two individual cooling zones each ranging between 45 to 70 degrees. Available in 550 and 700 sizes only. |
Liquid-Measuring Thermostat
This system incorporates a probe designed to measure the liquid temperature in a wine bottle rather than the air temperature of the cellar. This results in several distinct advantages:
Wine is maintained at a precise, measured temperature
The unit will switch on/off less often, extending cooling unit life.
The unit will run longer during cycles effectively maintaining humidity.
Optional PDT® Series Thermostat
Years of research and testing have gone into the design of this completely new technology - resulting in advanced microprocessor controlled digital technology and pinpoint accuracy. This unit offers some distinct features and benefits:
Self-Calibrating Probe - contains a microchip, which communicates back and forth to the thermostat, resulting in accuracy.
Heavy Duty Circuitry - designed to resist power surges, which play havoc on sensitive electrical components.
Fahrenheit and Celsius Readout - for use in the United States as well as around the world.
